TREE CARE SALES ARBORIST - Tree Care Service seeking two high-energy business development associates. We are an established tree company with over 30 years of experience and we're looking to grow in the Inland Empire Area. The majority of our clients consist of property management companies, school districts, State and Govt, etc. We are looking for individuals who are self-motivated, driven, and who can lead our B2B development efforts. The individual regular tasks would be to write up daily estimates for various clients mentioned previously, attend H.O.A. meetings, cold-call new clients, and network with customers. All sales and bids won would be monitored through our software program so we could see any progress or decline. Compensation Salary + Commission to be discussed.

Skills we're seeking:

• Experience in outside sales, generating new business leads, and networking
• ISA Certified Arborist preferred or willing to obtain
• Analytical skills and math skills
• Strong communication skills (listening, oral, and written)
• Strong interpersonal skills – able to build solid business relationships
• Able to multi-task and prioritize

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS STRONG UNDERSTANDING OF CLIENT AND MARKET DYNAMICS AND REQUIREMENTS. EXCELLENT VERBAL, ANALYTICAL, ORGANIZATIONAL, AND WRITTEN SKILLS. WILLINGNESS TO TRAVEL AND WORK IN A TEAM OF PROFESSIONALS MAINTAINING A PROFESSIONAL APPEARANCE AND PROVIDING A POSITIVE COMPANY IMAGE TO THE PUBLIC. PROVEN ABILITY TO ACHIEVE SALES GOALS AND PREFERABLE REQUIREMENTS PROVEN SUCCESS IN DIRECT SALES OF TREE CARE AND LANDSCAPE CONTRACTS, PREFERABLY LANDSCAPE MAINTENANCE SALES! PROVEN SUCCESS IN USING THE PHONE TO PROSPECT AND SET APPOINTMENTS. EXCELLENT UNDERSTANDING OF THE PROPERTY MANAGEMENT INDUSTRY. Pay: $70,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year
