An established family owned HVAC and Refrigeration business servicing the La Crosse and surrounding communities seeks an experienced result driven HVAC professional to enhance our business development team. This candidate will be responsible for maintaining existing relationships, building new with prospective and existing customers along with external distributors/vendors. Candidate will interact and provide proposals to customers for HVAC. The ideal candidate should have superb customer service experience, thorough follow-up with a minimum of three years sales experience in HVAC. Must promptly answer and respond to telephone and email inquiries in a professional and prompt manner. Candidate must be detailed oriented and knowledgeable in HVAC. Must have experience with preparing and presenting proposals. Computer knowledge a must. Hard work will be rewarded with competitive compensation and excellent benefits.
