Full description of the position

Responsibilities:

• Conduct property tours and showcase available units to potential tenants
• Respond to inquiries and provide information about rental properties
• Screen and qualify prospective tenants by conducting background checks and verifying income
• Prepare and execute lease agreements, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed accurately
• Collect rent payments and handle tenant inquiries or concerns
• Coordinate property maintenance and repairs, including scheduling vendors and contractors
• Maintain accurate records of rental units, leases, and tenant interactions
• Utilize a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to track leads and manage tenant relationships

Qualifications:

• Three to five years experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong negotiation abilities to secure lease agreements with prospective tenants
• Proficient in using computer software for administrative tasks, including data entry and file management
• Knowledge of facilities management principles and experience with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) is a plus
• Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities
• At least two years of college education

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5 PM
• After hours by appointment only
