Job Title: Business Development Liaison
Company: Home Health Care, Inc.
Location: Greater Twin Cities Metro Area
Salary: $70,000 to $100,000 + Commission
Schedule: Full-Time (Monday – Friday)
Home Health Care Inc. is seeking a Business Development Liaison! Become an ambassador of our family of services by connecting with other healthcare professionals across the Twin Cities market to educate them of our 4-star in-home health services. Consult with community staff, as well as clients and their families, to showcase why we are the right top-10 home health agency to meet their care needs and enhance their lives!
Support for Your Role:
- Base salary + commission with a substantial earning opportunity

- High degree of autonomy in your week-to-week planning and execution
- Top-level support and communication with administrative and clinical staff
Business history of over 25 years, led by a passionate team -
Benchmarks of Success:
- Prospecting new business through calls, drop-ins, meetings, and events
- Connect with other health care organizations to build further brand awareness and partnerships with potential referral opportunities in the community
Serving clients, families, and communities by acting as a consultant to address needs -
Business Development Liaison Qualifications:
- Background in Healthcare Sales, Social Work, Healthcare Administration, or related field is ideal
- Experience prospecting and developing key relationships on behalf of your organization is ideal
- Communication skills, projecting professionalism and genuine enthusiasm, are necessary
- High degree of accountability, for planning, executing, and following-up, is necessary
Understanding of the need for daily driving through the greater Twin Cities metro area is required -
Business Development Liaison Responsibilities:
- Understand our current market position, key competitors, and opportunities for growth
- Develop a routine presence inside of potential referring partners’ locations, interfacing with decision-makers
- Initiate the referral cycle with new or cold accounts by building relationships and educating Social Workers and Discharge Planners
Follow-up on referrals by acting as a consultant to clients and their family members -
