Job Summary

Fast-Growing Independent car dealership is looking for motivated, hard-working, and career-minded individuals to join our growing organization. We're a family-owned business, and we treat our employees and customers like family members!

We have salespersons who making $80k in the first year! Unlike salespersons in big dealership fighting for customers, our salespersons will have plenty of leads they can work on. The only question is how many cars you want to sell every month!

Job Duties Include (but are not limited to):

-Prospecting for customers

-Working to develop lead sources

-Providing excellent customer service

-Finalizing deal paperwork

-Monitor customer feedback and reviews.

-Must finish the Phone Screen Assessment attached to this job application in order to be considered

Qualifications:

- Be able to work on Some Saturdays

-Dependable, organized, detail-oriented and willing to work with customers

- Good with paperwork and numbers

- A valid N.C. Driver’s License with a clean driving record

- Must pass a personal background check and drug test

Job salary Types: Base Salary+Commission: $50,000~$80,000. We provide Guranteed paycheck(draw) to employees, which means even you sell only a few vehicles in a whole month, you will still get paid. (Pay level depends on individual's experience and skills)
