Full description of the position

• Meet with new and existing customers to discuss their needs and find the best vehicle options for their needs.
• Guide customers every step of the way, from sale or appraisal to test drives and arranging financing applications
• Be a valued staff member to the dealership by providing expert advice to customers.
• Prospect and qualify new sales leads
• Track all sales activities in company CRM system and keep current by updating account information regularly
• Work directly with Sales Managers and Owners to ensure customer needs are being met.
• Communicate all pertinent information about the vehicles and financing options offered to customers in order to ensure they have a pleasant shopping experience.
• Coordinate with other team members and departments to optimize the sales effort.
