As a Regional Sales Manager Superhero at Bath Wizard®, you will be equipped with the tools and support to conquer every challenge. You will generate revenue for the region by leading and growing a dynamic team of In-Home Sales Representatives. • Base salary + uncapped commission pay structure, earnings up to $250K+

What You’ll Contribute:

• Run a minimum of 3 new leads per week.
• Maintain regular communication with the Director of Recruitment and Operations Team.
• Review appointments from Inside Sales and adjust accordingly.
• Handle effectively cancel-save appointments.
• Assess performance results of In-Home Sales Representatives and take necessary actions to meet daily, weekly, and monthly expectations.
• Prepare and lead weekly/monthly sales meetings.

Requirements:

• 3 + years of sales experience
• 1+ years of sales management experience
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license with a reliable vehicle

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $150,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
