Required Qualifications • Minimum 1+ year experience in a Counter Sales role, preferably in the HVAC industry. • Proven success in sales and providing excellent customer service. • Strong interpersonal skills including sales, problem solving and customer service. • Ability to work independently, but meet assigned goals and objectives in designated time frames. • Ability to multitask and work in a fast paced environment. • A willingness to learn and grow with our Company. • Knowledge of Microsoft Office products. • Proven commitment to customer service and a safe work environment Preferred Qualifications • Knowledge of air conditioning, heating and ventilation equipment at a wholesale distribution level. • Experience in a wholesale HVAC equipment supply house preferred. • Bachelor’s or Associate’s Degree preferred. • Bilingual (Spanish) preferred
