Since 1973, our company has strong core values with 49 years of experience in the industry. We are currently seeking a Full Time Counter Sales/Warehouse Associate to join our team. This person must have excellent communication skills, interact with and work well with others, highly motivated and take pride in their work ethic!

Job Expectations and Responsibilities include:

• EXCELLENT customer service skills, detail oriented and maintain a positive work environment
• Provide customers with accurate and helpful information regarding their orders, account status and product inquiries
• Entering orders into the computer
• bilingual is preferred (Spanish/English)
• Taking and filling orders for our walk-ins/house accounts, inside/outside sales reps and other our other branches as needed
• Assist customer in loading purchased product into customer's vehicle
• Perform various functions in support of warehouse operations, including, shipping & receiving, load and unload trucks
• Able to operate all types of lift truck equipment in assigned facility
• Ability to perform frequent walking and/or standing, kneeling, or squatting relieved by lesser periods of sitting
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced team environment
• Provide the best in class customer service to our customers
• Answer phones
• Other duties as assigned by the Branch Manager

Required Skills and Experience:

• High School education required associates preferred
• Sales and/ or flooring experience preferred
• Previous counter sales or other relevant work experience preferred
• Computer literate and the ability to multitask
• Good organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
• Warehouse Knowledge in shipping and receiving preferred
• Safely operate a forklift and other equipment is a plus
• Good organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
• Punctual in attendance and on time arrival, ready to start work at 7am
• Must be able to perform lifting, up to 55lbs

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour
