ROLE:
SENIOR SALES MANAGER – Hilton Northbrook
Are you a dynamic and passionate sales leader with a flair for hospitality? If so, Hilton Northbrook is seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual for the position of Senior Sales Manager. This position requires a strong background in group sales, with a particular focus on corporate groups and the pharmaceutical industry. As a Senior Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with key clients, driving group sales revenue, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.
What You’ll Do:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve group sales targets, with a primary focus on corporate groups and the pharmaceutical industry.
- Identify and actively pursue new business opportunities within the targeted market segments.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, pharmaceutical companies, and key decision-makers.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective sales collateral and promotional materials targeting the relevant market segments.
- Conduct thorough market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and potential leads.
- Prepare and present sales proposals, contracts, and negotiate terms with clients.
- Coordinate with the hotel operations team to ensure seamless execution of group bookings and events.
- Attend industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to promote the hotel and generate new leads.
- Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline, and revenue projections to the Director of Sales.
Who You Are:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven track record of success in group sales, specifically in corporate groups and the pharmaceutical industry.
- Strong network of contacts within the corporate and pharmaceutical sectors.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in sales software and CRM systems.
- Flexibility to travel as required.
