Responsibilities
· Research and develop sales opportunities.
· Research and develop relocation and reconfiguration opportunities.
· Develop key selling and lead relationships with Real Estate Agencies, Facility Management and other organizations and decision-making resources.
· Engage professionally with potential customers to define their needs.
· Create and present effective solutions for 2010 Office Furniture customers.
· Engage and develop networking opportunities.
· Understand and manage the details of each order to maximize effectiveness.
· Maintain consistently high levels of customer service including follow through to completion of product, delivery, and installation.
· Provide leadership and manage communication with work team members, including Design Team, Project Management, Delivery & Installation Team, Warehouse and Accounting.
· Work closely with Management to continually improve sales performance and the sales support process, maintaining the showroom in order daily, assisting with pricing, showroom transfers, and inventory control.
Qualifications
· High school diploma
· 0-2 years of sales experience
· Fluent in both English and Chinese (preferred)
· Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, SharePoint, OneDrive, Outlook) and Adobe Acrobat
· Ability to maintain professionalism with effective verbal and written communications
· Authorized to work in the U.S.· Research and develop sales opportunities.
