Car Sales Responsibilities

• Learn product and inventory and become an expert in all things KIA. Be able to assess customers needs and help locate a vehicle that fits those needs
• Assist customers through the purchase process from locating the vehicle that works for them to filling out proper paperwork and answering general questions.
• Prospect new and existing customers
• Keep a customer-first attitude and work with your sales co-workers in a team oriented environment
• Follow up with customers through call, email, and text

Car Sales Qualifications

Prior sales experience not required. We are looking for driven individuals willing to continuously learn and improve.

Hiring Requirements: Must be at least 18 years of age, have a valid driver's license, clean driving record, and be able to pass a criminal background check and drug screen – THC not included in the screening.
