We are Growing!

Shields Auto Center in Rantoul, IL is currently looking for an experienced Sales Manager to join our team! We are a family owned and operated Ford, Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep and Ram Franchise dealer. We sell new vehicles in addition to a wide selection of quality pre-owned cars, trucks, vans, and SUV's. We have a new, state of the art facility and a relaxed atmosphere!

Qualifications/Requirements

• Must have previous experience as a Sales Manager in a franchised dealership
• Must have experience and knowledge of finance operations
• Must have great customer service skills and maintain high CSI scores
• Must have a proven high close rate and the ability to negotiate well
• Must be proficient on the computer with DMS and CRM, in addition to internet and email
• Must be able to hire, train, motivate and monitor performance of the sales staff
• Must maintain a professional appearance
• Must be able to handle customer complaints immediately in a respectful and professional manner
• Understands, keeps abreast of, and complies with federal, state, and local regulations that affect vehicle sales
• College degree, preferred
• Must have a valid Drivers License

Pay: $85,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year

Experience:

• Sales management: 3 years (Required)
• Dealership: 5 years (Required)
