At PSW, we have been proudly serving The Greater Pittsburgh area as a general construction firm since 1982. We Design and build some of the areas largest and unique Outdoor spaces ranging from $250 - $2million+. Due to our success in our outdoor spaces we are taking our proven systems and processes indoors. We are seeking a highly skilled Carpenter/home renovation expert and putting his knowledge to great use!

Responsibilities:

• Carries out daily responsibilities according to company processes
• Identifying and providing correct options for customers needs within interior renovation and exterior carpentry projects

• Provides input to Design time on carpentry related projects
• Provides /Establishes a network of carpentry related field contractors
• Provides input to Supply chain for required material types needed for carpentry related projects
• Follow through on company provided leads to ensure maximized business opportunity
• Create project budgets with keen attention to detail
• Write up detailed contracts outlining the entire scope of work, any allowances relevant to the project.
• Responds to sales leads within 24 hours, schedules consults, and updates lead info within the CRM system. NO COLD CALLS.
• Responsible for achieving quarterly sales goals
• Conducts on-site consultations with new customers
• Creates cost estimates in LMN fluently
• Presents designs and proposals to customers for designated projects

Desired Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of qualified field experience in residential carpentry / home renovation projects.
• Fluent with material options, labor time, and costs for project inclusions
• Strong ability to work in a process-driven environment
• Strong interpersonal and client relations skills
• Strong communication skills
• Thorough understanding of interior design and construction
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Flexibility and adaptability to fast-paced working environment
• Enthusiastic approach to problem prevention
• Enthusiastic approach to represent company brand to customers, trade partners, and other outside parties

Salary- Base + Commission
Benefits- Medical, Dental. Vision, Holiday Pay, Sick Time and PTO

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $100,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
