Job Description

As an Inside Sales Rep, you will primarily be responsible for performing outbound phone calls, where you will maximize every opportunity to share our products and services as you solve problems for our clients. You are the key to increasing our profitability and revenue by delivering excellence in customer service and problem solving through an informed, consultative approach.

Candidates must be available to work a flexible, changing schedule, including some evening and weekend coverage. Our mission is to serve all clients with excellence. This means it is important to be available when our clients are available.

Responsibilities

Make outbound calls

Build relationships with clients

Meet sales goals

Answer inbound phone calls as back-up for Customer Service

Miscellaneous clerical / data entry tasks

Requirements

Inside sales experience

Customer service experience

Excellent communication and listening skills

Must have evening and weekend availability

Ability to work confidently in a call center environment

Proficient computer and typing skills

High school diploma or equivalent

Skills you bring for success:

2-year degree a plus

2+ years call center, customer service, sales, or appointment scheduling

Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Exceptional customer service, communication (verbal and written), and phone skills

Attention to detail with an ability to think critically

Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Proficient at typing (minimum of 35 wpm)
