Responsibilities:

• Deliver a polished presentation
• Create property valuations
• Gain rapport and handle objections
• Rigorously prospect for new business
• Follow up with leads to increase sales
• Consistently engage with the public to grow your database
• Report daily metrics and learn how to use the numbers to track your progress
• Attend in-office training, coaching and sales meetings

Qualifications:

• Real estate license required or willingness to get licensed prior to start date
• Sales training a big plus, will work with the right attitude
• Self-driven with a firm belief in yourself
• Be coachable and crave accountability
• Strong verbal and written skills with an emphasis on responsiveness
• Excellent time management, organization, and prioritizing
• Passionate about serving people
• Basic computer competency

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
