About us

I.T. Services Group, LLC is a leading IT Managed Services Company based in Media, PA. We provide IT services and Cybersecurity to small and medium sized businesses in the Philadelphia metro area and surrounding suburbs. We install and maintain cloud systems, Microsoft Windows Servers, networks, software, workstations, routers, firewalls, and cybersecurity.

We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Outside Sales Representative to help us expand our business in the IT managed services and cybersecurity space. In this role you will contribute your skills to help us increase sales opportunities, improve market position, and maximize our new business development efforts and secure new sales. The Outside Sales Representative is responsible for generating new sales leads and gaining market position.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in outbound B2B sales experience.
• Strong understanding of computers, technology and cloud computing.
• A passion for sales and business development focused on new client acquisition.
• A “Hunter” who is highly motivated self-starter who can work autonomously and as part of a team.
• Consultative selling style with a desire to continually improve skills.
• Excellent written and oral presentation skills.
• Must have a willingness to learn and expand his or her knowledge about I.T.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g. Hubspot)
• Adept at cold calling, networking, and prospecting.

Responsibilities:

• Generate new sales leads.
• Identify and develop new business by prospecting, networking, using social media, and referrals.
• Build and monitor the sales pipeline.
• Prospect for new clients using a CRM and other lead generation sites.
• Lead generation including email and phone.
• Follow-up on inbound leads and sales inquiries.
• Understand a prospect's business needs and develop a tailored technology proposal.
• Represent I.T. Services Group at industry events, networking events and new business events.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
