We are looking for full-time Lead Cashier. This position is perfect for someone committed to outstanding customer service and team leadership.

Major Responsibilities include:
Greet customers as they enter the store
Troubleshoot point of sale problems
Effectively train and direct the activities of cashiers assigned to the front end and set the standard for customer service
Ensure that associates assigned to the front-end consistently follow all policies and procedures including established safety procedures; communicate issues to management
Ensure that merchandise displays in the front-end area are clean, organized and well-stocked
Accurately and efficiently process transactions at the register including issuing receipts, refunds, credits or change due to customers. Maintain orderly appearance of register area and supplies stocked.
Tactfully and pleasantly deal with customers
Answer phone calls

This position works closely with Store Management to keep operations running smoothly!

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
