What to expect:

In the eyes of your clients, you are their #1 shipping solution, making sure their shipment is picked up and delivered in a timely manner. You will take your time with customers, build rapport with them, determine their needs, and select a carrier that will best fit them. In result, creating long-term customer relationships and repeat business.

QUALIFICATIONS:

No experience working in logistics in any way, shape, or form? No problem. Many of our top performers were brand new to the industry when they walked through our doors.

We are looking for people who:

• Have excellent communication skills via phone and email
• A problem solver
• Remain calm and professional with all customers
• Can prioritize and perform under pressure
• Can work individually and be a team player who will help their colleagues if needed
• Basic computer skills (Google calender, emails, exel, Google Drive)
• Eager to learn and hungry for money
• Available to work every other Saturday or one Saturday per month
