To continue our tremendous success and unparalleled growth, we are searching for a self-motivated individual to join the Equipment Parts Plus division of the Ahern Family of Companies to ensure excellent customer service while promoting profitable parts sales and meet the projected parts needs of customers.

This position will work closely with customers as a support liaison for the retail parts division and the focus will be on customer ordering with quick response solutions. The focus will be on customer satisfaction and parts revenue growth whether it be internal or external.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Serve as a "First Responder" to inbound customer calls proving excellent customer satisfaction.
• Provide assistance with parts research for customers.
• Respond to email messages and website inquiries for customers seeking help.
• Take orders from website, phone, emails, fax and walk-in traffic – targeting customers and driving parts revenue sales.
• Escalate unresolved calls using the appropriate protocol to facilitate a resolution.
• Coordinate with the shipping department to ensure timely and accurate processing of orders.
• Work with staff to ensure a timely turnaround of parts needed.
• Research required information using available resources.
• Attend trade shows when needed.
• Secure and generate sufficient gross profit to produce a satisfactory profit while maintaining customer loyalty.
• Assist in developing parts sales promotions as well as marketing plans.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Management.

Requirements:

• This position requires a positive attitude, fast paced personality, serious work ethic, and excellent verbal & written communication skills.
• Parts sales and retail revenue sales experience preferred.
• Exceptional phone manners and effective listening skills with proven analytical and problem solving skills.
• Strong computer skills required (MS Windows, MS Office); AS400 experience a plus.
• Must be a team player with strong time management skills and attention to detail.
• Must be able to prioritize and perform a variety of tasks with varying levels of responsibilities while meeting deadlines.
• Flexibility to work in a constantly growing and changing industry.
• Must have valid driver’s license.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 - $23.00 per hour
