High Six-Figure Annual Income Potential. This is a commission-only contractor job.

We are looking for a professional real estate agent for our real estate division, Premier Estates, to be an intermediary between sellers and buyers. Real estate agent responsibilities include marketing listings and providing guidance to buyers and sellers. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to grow their career in real estate. Our highly experienced lending staff can help preapprove buyers and determine affordability and eligibility. Comprehensive training will be provided.

Optional: Work with commercial property buyers or sellers in achieving their investment goals. Income potential in this arena is enormous. Learn comprehensive repositioning, value-add and investment strategies as well 1031 and reverse 1031 exchange strategies to advise clients and grow their investment portfolios. Extensive training provided by the owner-broker with three decades' experience.

Must have valid CA Real Estate Sales License.

Must have some experience in real estate sales.

This is a commission-only contractor job.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance and assist sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing property for the right price under the best terms.
• Determine clients’ needs and financials abilities to propose solutions that suit them. In-house mortgage division will help provide buyer financing options.
• Perform comparative market analysis to estimate properties’ value.
• Display and market real property to possible buyers
• Prepare necessary paperwork (contracts, leases, etc.)
• Maintain and update listings of available properties.
• Cooperate with appraisers, escrow companies, lenders, and home inspectors.
• Develop networks and cooperate with attorneys, mortgage lenders and contractors.
• Promote sales through advertisements, open houses and listing services.
• Remain knowledgeable about real estate markets and best practices.

Skills

• Proven working experience as a real estate agent or real estate salesperson.
• Ability to work independently combined with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills
• Pleasant and trustworthy
• MS Office familiarity
• Real estate agent’s or broker’s license
