We're looking for motivated, professionals, money-minded individuals that are ready to take the next steps into bettering themselves and their careers. Our Sales Manager & Team Leader is dedicated to educating their Team in the art of sales/negotiation, ethical sales & roofing practices, and truly advocating & taking care of the homeowners.
This is a 1099 Roofing Sales position.
Here, you would generate leads with the team in neighborhoods that have been affected by recent hail storms, wind damage to learn and identify discrepancies/"damage" on shingles, call in claims and explain insurance scope to the homeowner.
Day-To-Day
- Exterior home inspections to diagnose damage.
- Make recommendations to homeowners based on findings.
- Assist Homeowners through the insurance process.
- Generate your own sales leads by knocking on doors.
- Build rapport and trust with Homeowners (Under Promise and Over Deliver)
- Sales process: close the Homeowner after assessing damages (system and contracting)
- Achieve daily and weekly quota of inspections/claims filed/contracts signed.
- Must be highly organized, and able to manage the production of the jobs you sell.
- Maintain constant communication with Sales Leadership, Homeowners, and Office Staff.
- Keep a busy but flexible schedule that changes day-to-day and can include nights and weekends
- Serve as the point person for any customer complaints and ensure they are resolved in a timely manner.
- Draft and review contract with customers
- Must be empathetic to the needs of the customers

- Organized, self-starter, and motivated problem solver.
- Clear and effective communication skills (both written and verbal).
- Interpersonal, time management, and rapport-building skills as well as the ability to develop strong business relationships with team and customers.

- Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues of all levels.
- Experience Inspecting roofs if applicable.

Pay: $100,000- $200,000 per year
