What is a Counter Sales Associate?

A Counter Sales Associate processes orders from walk-in and will-call customers with a focus on positive customer service outcomes.

What does a Counter Sales Associate do?

• Enters customer order into the business system.
• Completes order by filling, checking and processing order.
• Maintains a balanced cash drawer.
• Assists at will call when needed.
• Provides customer with basic technical support.
• Assists in daily warehouse operations when requested by leader/supervisor/manager.

What do I need to qualify for this role?

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Two or more years of work experience in warehouse
• operations required.
• Two or more years working knowledge of internal
• operations and products authorized to be distributed through McNaughton-McKay.
