About Us

Guardify Insurance Group LLC. is a regional, commercial property and casualty insurance agency. We are growing 30% year over year and owe this to the dynamic team and environment we have created. We're searching for a commercial lines service representative to handle renewals and market new business. We use Applied Epic for our CRM and experience with AE is critical.

We are currently looking to add an energetic, knowledgeable and experienced member, to our team, located in Magnolia, TX.

Base pay + Commission + Bonus + Benefits

Responsibilities include:

• Review applications
• Evaluate risks
• Research carrier guidelines
• Interface with agents and insurance carriers
• Process and service new and renewal business
• Network with current agents to cultivate relationships and seek new opportunities
• Request renewal information
• Review and prepare renewal submissions
• Prepare quote and binder
• Policy issuance
• Prepare and maintain bordereaux’s
• Calculate and maintain state surplus records

Job Requirements:

• Property & Casulaty License Required
• Bachelor’s degree Required
• Experience with Applied Epic
• Strong customer orientation, excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong problem analysis and resolution skills
• Must be able to prioritize and be responsive to complex issues
• Detail oriented and able to multi-task
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and able to navigate various websites and databases

Additionally, the successful candidate will be highly motivated with a positive outgoing personality, possess an entrepreneurial spirit, have a service mentality, and be comfortable in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $96,000.00 per year
