Account Manager, Personal Lines Insurance

Our Ideal Candidate Will Have:

• 2-5 years of Personal Lines Insurance experience in an agency setting
• Strong working knowledge of Applied Systems and CVR is a plus but not mandatory
• Current MA P&C Insurance License or the ability to obtain in 90 days
• An upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude
• Great Customer Service Skills and Problem-Solving Capabilities
• Stellar Organizational Skills and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities of This Role Include (but are not Limited to):

• Maintain a high retention rate by being proactive and providing the ideal insurance customer experience
• Look for additional revenue on the book of business in the form of increased coverage, account rounding and generating referrals for new business
• Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options
• Provide prompt and accurate service for billing questions and endorsements
