As a Marketing Coordinator at Four Seasons Tree Care, you will play a vital role in promoting our brand and expanding our market presence. This position offers a fun and rewarding work environment along with a competitive compensation package ranging from $60,000 - $85,000. Skills/Qualifications:
- BA / BS in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
- Proven experience in marketing, preferably in a service-oriented industry.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including social media, SEO, and email marketing.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in using marketing software and analytics tools.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to take initiative and work independently with strong organizational, time management and communication skills.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with the executive management and sales team to align marketing efforts with company goals as well as the development of new markets and territories from inception to maturity.
- Sales support: Assist the sales team with research of prospects and customers to create targeted sales campaigns.
- Manage and update customer CRM. Customer drop ins for both prospective and existing customers.
- Events and Trade Shows: Coordinate and organize company participation in events, webinars, trade shows, and industry conferences and client outreach programs to foster client engagement and build strong relationships. This includes planning logistics, booth setup, managing promotional materials, and interacting with potential clients.
- Social Media Marketing: Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement. Create compelling content, manage social media accounts, and monitor analytics to optimize performance.
- Advertising: Collaborate with external agencies to create effective advertising campaigns across various channels such as print, digital, and outdoor media. Monitor campaign performance and make recommendations for improvements. Coordinate photo and video content creation.
- Content Creation: Produce engaging marketing content including newsletters, blog posts, articles, case studies, and videos. Conduct research on industry trends and create informative and persuasive materials to support sales efforts. Update and maintain company website.
- Brand Management: Maintain brand consistency across all marketing collateral, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines. Develop and enforce brand standards within the company and with external partners.
- Market Research: Stay updated on competitors, industry trends, customer preferences and market dynamics. Use this information to guide marketing strategies and identify opportunities for growth.
- Analytics and Reporting: Track marketing campaigns, analyze key metrics, and prepare reports to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing efforts. Provide recommendations based on data-driven insights.
- Work with senior management to create and maintain the marketing budge,t allocating resources to each project and event as appropriate.
- Relationship Building: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as sales and operations, to align marketing strategies with business objectives.
- Build relationships with industry influencers, partners, and customers to enhance brand reputation.
- Attend lunch meetings, industry events and trade shows as needed within approved budget. Plan internal and external company activities and events throughout the year.
