Compensation: $55,000 per year

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Maintain thorough knowledge of the Haven Home Health’s Dept. of Energy home care service line, as well as an understanding of how that impacts the other entities of contact
• Monitor, coordinate, and communicate the strategic objectives of the business
• Collaborate and communicate successfully with other entities outside of the business
• Work with other staff members to develop a greater understanding of the business and any issues that arise
• Develop and foster relationships with the community, stakeholders, and other entities
• Collect, analyze, and utilize data and feedback to identify opportunities to improve the relationship between the business and the other entity
• Participate in educational opportunities associated with Haven Home Health’s DOE service line related benefit plans and updates
• Promptly respond to agency needs, associated community needs, and other events as necessary
• Collaborate with referral/claimant, referral’s authorized representative(s), and clinical team toward benefit eligibility and Haven Home Health admission processes
• Act as a positive representation of the business to the community at all times
• Follow up on new business opportunities and coordinate meetings with prospective clients while effectively communicating with clinical teams for follow through
• Abide by Haven Home Health’s Policies and Procedures, applicable laws and both state and federal regulations
• Attend required agency meetings and educational activities as scheduled
• Provide complete referral information to the clinical team for admission of referrals to Haven Home Health
• Maintain strict confidentiality of all claimants, employee and agency information
• Fulfill any additional tasks that may be assigned by local Administrative DON or Business Development Manager
• The Registered Nurse RN is to Provide health care services in patients residence
• The Registered Nurse RN is to Maintain patients care records and document provided services
• The Registered Nurse RN is to Assist with clients personal care activities

Familiarity with the EEOICPA and other OWCP benefit programs

Ability to effectively communicate marketing and referral data

Ability to provide updates per scheduled deadlines

REQUIREMENTS:

• Travel 50-75% of the time
• Be able to travel consistently throughout Idaho
• Registered Nurse RN license in the state of Idaho
• Minimum of 1 year of Registered Nurse RN experience (required)
• Good Communication and Problem Solving skills
• Valid Drivers license/Auto Insurance with clean driving record
• Valid CPR Card
