Position Summary: OSI Batteries is primarily focused on the replacement battery market for the Medical, Industrial, and Communications industries. Having experience in battery sales in one these areas is required.

The Inside Sales Representative will work with customers to ensure a smooth sales process, demonstrate excellent customer service and professionalism with customers, and develop leads and seek opportunities to present additional products to current customers. Salary negotiable depending on experience.

Sales Responsibilities

• Understand customer needs and requirements
• Develops maximum sales potential through competitive sales techniques and knowledge of the company's batteries and services as well as the competition's strengths/weaknesses
• Research non-active customers and develop a win-back customer plan
• Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails
• Actively cultivate new customers using appropriate sales techniques

Education and Experience

• 2+ years Inside Sales experience including cold-calling required
• Battery sales experience required
• Knowledge and experience with e-mail software, word processing software, spreadsheet software, customer relationship management software
• NetSuite experience preferred but not required
• B2B experience preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $47,000.00 per year
