We are seeking an enthusiastic and ambitious individual to join our team as an Entry Level Sales Manager. This role is designed to provide comprehensive training and development opportunities in various aspects of sales, customer service, small role management, operations, and HR. The Entry Level Sales Manager will work closely with the sales management team to learn and apply essential skills, strategies, and techniques necessary to lead and drive sales growth. This position offers a unique pathway for career advancement into a sales management role.

Responsibilities:

Sales and Customer Service:

• Learn and understand the sales process, including prospecting, lead generation, and closing techniques.
• Assist sales representatives in engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and offering appropriate solutions.
• Observe and participate in sales interactions in a retail setting to develop effective selling skills.

Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

• Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and provide coaching and guidance when needed.Small Role Management:
• Gain familiarity with basic management principles and practices.
• Assist in supervising and coaching sales team members, providing guidance and support to enhance their performance.
• Learn to delegate tasks, set goals, and track progress to ensure the team's success.
• Assist in scheduling, organizing work shifts, and managing staffing levels to meet operational needs.
• Collaborate with other departments, such as inventory management and visual merchandising, to optimize store operations.

Operations:

• Gain knowledge of store operations, policies, and procedures.
• Learn to analyze sales data, identify trends, and make informed decisions to drive operational efficiency.
• Contribute to visual merchandising efforts to create an appealing and customer-friendly store environment.
• Ensure compliance with company standards and guidelines in areas such as safety, security, and cleanliness.

HR Support:

• Learn basic HR functions, policies, and procedures.
• Assist in recruitment and onboarding processes, including job postings, screening candidates, and conducting interviews.
• Participate in training and development initiatives for sales team members.
• Assist in employee performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
• Support employee engagement initiatives and foster a positive work culture.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in business, management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Strong interest in sales, customer service, and retail operations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated and eager to learn and develop new skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Proficient in using computer systems and software.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,900.00 - $50,900.00 per year
