Job Responsibilities :
As a Sales Operations Specialist with e-commerce experience, you will play a vital role in supporting and optimizing the sales operations function for our company, not limited to the presence of Amazon's Vendor Central platform. You will work closely with the Regional Sales team and other cross-functional teams to ensure the smooth functioning of our sales operations and support growth in our retail and e-commerce accounts.
Responsibilities:
Order Management and Fulfillment:
  • Process orders and review fulfillment process to ensure timely and accurate order execution.
  • Resolve any order-related issues, such as shipping delays or product discrepancies.
Accounts and Amazon Vendor Central Support:
  • Serve as the Sales support on matters related to our Amazon Vendor Central operations.
  • Product set up, manage, and maintain product listings, ensuring accuracy and completeness of product information, images, and pricing.
  • Monitor inventory levels to ensure adequate stock availability and prevent stockouts or overstock situations.
  • Collaborate with the internal and Amazon Vendor Support team to address any account-related and compliance issues proactively and work to resolve them promptly.
Sales and Performance Analysis:
  • Analyze sales performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Generate reports and insights on sales metrics, such as revenue, units sold, and on-hand inventory.
  • Maintain customer records and files, including accurate account setup, management, and pricing for key accounts.
Pricing and Promotions:
  • Coordinate with the Sales teams to submit and ensure fully approved promotional accruals are in our internal Salesforce system.
  • Monitor pricing strategies to remain competitive while maximizing profitability.
Process Improvement:
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency within the sales operations function.
  • Propose and implement innovative solutions to streamline operations and enhance productivity.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience and expertise in using Amazon Vendor Central, including managing product listings, inventory, and sales reports.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
  • Must have a strong working knowledge of MS Excel, including functions such as vlookups and pivot tables.
  • Have strong administrative skills, and the ability to organize, communicate and accurately report information to departments.
  • SAP and Salesforce experience are highly preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with various stakeholders.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
  • Team player, punctual, reliable, and high integrity.
  • Familiarity with e-commerce, online retail, and digital marketing is a plus.
  • Ability to problem solve, adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment, and manage multiple priorities effectively.

$57,848.00 - $96,413.00
