We are an established residential property management company seeking an enthusiastic results-oriented leasing/sales professional in Southfield, Michigan.

The successful candidate will be an energetic team member who is passionate about providing excellent customer service.

This position will be responsible for handling leasing, marketing, outreach, sales, customer service, resident retention, and administrative tasks. Other duties include:

  • Meeting occupancy and leasing goals of the community by leading and directing sales team
  • Professionally greeting guests by phone and in person
  • Touring apartments
  • Assist in maintaining models, tour routes, common areas and grounds
  • Processing applications and completing move in paperwork
  • Organizing and maintaining applicant and resident files
  • Develop programs for outreach and marketing to generate leads
  • Completing market surveys and daily leasing activity reports
  • Assist in planning and attending resident activities
  • Providing excellent customer service and follow up
  • Achieving monthly and weekly closing ratios

Job requirements:

  • At least two (2) years experience in leasing, sales, and customer service
  • Residential property management experience preferred
  • Proven interpersonal and leadership skills
  • Effective written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to close a sale
  • Effective organizational and follow up skills
  • Able to manage multiple tasks
  • Strong customer-service orientation
  • Confident, enthusiastic, good-natured, tenacious
  • Ability/desire to work well on a team
  • Experience with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Publisher and various social media platforms
  • OneSite experience preferred
  • Must be able to work some Saturdays and work with a schedule that varies

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 - $23.00 per hour
