OVERVIEW & PURPOSE
The ideal candidate will be an experienced salesperson and sales manager or MPS/Production
specialist with 7+ years of selling experience. The person would have a knowledge of
SalesForce, leasing, and marketing.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Recruit and hire salespeople to work within the sales department
- Complete training for all new hires and continual training for entire sales staff
- Provide coaching to salespeople as necessary
- Set training goals, as well as revenue and profit goals for recruits in their 1st year in the
field.
- Engage in one-on-one reviews with salespeople to maximize performance
- Strategize new training methods to be implemented
- Partner with sales and marketing departments to set and progress towards goals
- Collect and interpret data to determine effectiveness of training techniques
- Write, film, and publish training materials
COMPETENCIES
1. Bachelor's degree or related experience and education
2. Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, Google Suite, and CRM
3. Demonstrated ability to set goals and achieve them
4. Strong communication skills and understanding of sales process
5. Experience in managing a book of business
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITY
This position has supervisory responsibility for sales reps in their first year of employment.
The position reports the the EVP of Sales with a “dotted line” responsibility the the VP of the
sales team the representative will eventually transfer to.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear.
Speech and hearing to normal range are required for cell and video communication. The
employee must have vision that can distinguish letters from numbers. This position requires
the use of email, G-Suite, video-conferencing, office equipment, document management
software, computers, personal electronic devices, and multi-functional devices. Writing and
typing abilities are required for electronic related functions.
The employee must also have the ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of
personalities as well as the ability to interpret a variety of instructions given in written, oral, or
schedule form.
Mental requirements also include the ability to calculate numbers, edit and interpret the
accuracy or received information, and the ability to organize projects for completion in a timely
manner.
The employee frequently is required to stand, walk, and drive for extensive periods of time.
The employee is occasionally required to sit. This position requires finger dexterity and hand-
eye coordination. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 20 pounds.
POSITION TYPE & EXPECTED HOURS OF WORK
This position is exempt and normal work hours for business are Monday through Friday, 8am -
5pm.
TRAVEL
Regular and daily travel between client locations is expected.
1. Current driver's license.
2. Access to vehicle for job travel between company branches and client sites.
3. Valid certificate of insurance with the minimum liability requirements set forth by the
company.
REQUIRED EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
High School Diploma or equivalent
PREFERRED EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
Bachelor’s Degree or combination of education and relevant experience
