The majority of LFI’s business is garnered through bids on RFPs put forth by municipalities as part of broader refresh projects for their libraries and other public spaces. With a highly experienced team and key exclusive supply relationships, LFI emphasizes superior service quality above all else for its municipal customers, culminating in a strong brand presence built over its 20+ year operating history within this niche market.

As Territory Sales Manager overseeing Iowa and Nebraska, the candidate will take on the responsibilities below:

· Form new business relationships with key architectural and designer accounts within the state

· Grow and strengthen existing company connections and network within the territory

· Track all prospects and opportunities, record insights and follow up with key decision makers as appropriate

· Participate in sales team meetings and build rapport with colleagues

· Keep management informed of important updates and feedback received from customers

· Conduct calls and face-to-face meetings with customers frequently

· Travel for industry conferences and trade shows as necessary

· Educate customers on our product suite and service offering

· Provide tailored options to help customers meet their respective budgets

· Monitor LFI’s competitors, new products, and market conditions to better understand our customer’s specific needs and desires

· Work closely with the marketing department by contributing ideas for content and promoting the LFI brand

Position Timeline:

· Preference for a candidate who is looking to grow with the company long term with potential advancement opportunities depending on personal development and performance

Experience:

· Bachelor’s Degree or Associate Degree

· Prior professional working experience in sales or marketing with a strong preference for individuals with dealer sales experience in the commercial furniture industry

Compensation:

· Compensation to be commensurate with experience

· Health and retirement benefits available

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
