Inside Sales Administrative Assistant

Energy Systems Southeast, LLC is GROWING and we are looking for OUTSTANDING people to join our TEAM! We are looking for an Inside Sales Administrative Assistant to support our Inside Sales Team.

This position will be located in Birmingham (Trussville), Alabama.

Reports to:
The Director of Sales Operations and Project Management

Duties:

• Directly support Sales Administration and Inside Sales as instructed

Including but not limited to:

• Sales administration
• Receiving invoices
• Generating invoices
• Data entry and management
• Vendor communications
• Calendar management
• File management (primarily paperless)

Requirements:

• General computer skills (Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook, Salesforce and Sage preferred)
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)

Preferred Qualifications:

• High School Diploma
• Administrative experience
• Data entry experience
