Full description of the position
Role: Business Relationship Manager - TTH
Role Type: Full Time (No 3rd Party or Contractors)
Location: Bethesda, MD
Travel: 50%
Compensation: Base 180-200k plus bonus
Years of Experience: 15+ years
Responsibilities:
- Build and execute on a strategic account plan that delivers on key business opportunities.
- Responsible for working closely with key customers to ensure a positive customer experience & a maximization of revenue.
- Engage and manage clients at appropriate levels, including senior technology and business executives in the target client
- Negotiate commercial terms of engagement
- Work with the delivery teams and third-party vendors to ensure that project risks are minimized, and project goals are met
- Focus on sale of outsourcing/managed services, applications services and system integration services
- Manage account relationships and build strong client relationships.
- Develop and prepare sales forecast, budget and manpower plans.
- Negotiation & contract closure- Ownership of all contract negotiations
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of industry experience in selling IT services and solutions.
- Experience selling to Travel and Hospitality clients
- High learning agility, Excellent interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills
- Proven Ability to interact with CXO executives to forge long term relationships
- Years of experience required for position – 15+ years
- Location for the position – Bethesda, MD
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $180,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
