Full description of the position

Affinity Integrated Solutions (AIS), a leading provider in smart home automation is looking for a Local Branch Manager with a proven track record to contribute to the growth of our team.

Branch Manager Duties:

  • Lead a team of successful Sales Representatives with a proven and consistent sales process.
  • Recruit new d2d sales professionals
  • Continually develop, motivate, and retain top performers.
  • Assist new sales candidates with complex customers
  • Interview SRU candidates
  • Conduct new sales training in the classroom and in the field
  • Setting objectives, coaching, and monitoring the performance of the sales team.
  • Ensure your team is hitting monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals by monitoring progress.
  • Engage your team daily with interactive meetings, and challenge them to succeed and produce.
  • Collaborate quarterly with leadership to optimize growth
  • Generate 12+ personal deals per month
  • Reviewing new sales candidates commission to insure accuracy

Requirements:

  • Valid Driver's License
  • Insured Vehicle
  • Travel required

Experience:

  • Management: 2 Years (required)
  • Direct Sales: 5 year (Preferred)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $42,684.95 - $160,000.00 per year
