Full description of the position
Affinity Integrated Solutions (AIS), a leading provider in smart home automation is looking for a Local Branch Manager with a proven track record to contribute to the growth of our team.
Branch Manager Duties:
- Lead a team of successful Sales Representatives with a proven and consistent sales process.
- Recruit new d2d sales professionals
- Continually develop, motivate, and retain top performers.
- Assist new sales candidates with complex customers
- Interview SRU candidates
- Conduct new sales training in the classroom and in the field
- Setting objectives, coaching, and monitoring the performance of the sales team.
- Ensure your team is hitting monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals by monitoring progress.
- Engage your team daily with interactive meetings, and challenge them to succeed and produce.
- Collaborate quarterly with leadership to optimize growth
- Generate 12+ personal deals per month
- Reviewing new sales candidates commission to insure accuracy

- Valid Driver's License
- Insured Vehicle
- Travel required
Experience:
- Management: 2 Years (required)
- Direct Sales: 5 year (Preferred)

Pay: $42,684.95 - $160,000.00 per year
