SilverXis is looking to add one more person to our sales team to qualify leads, set meetings, work in Hubspot (CRM) and work directly with our Director of Client Services / Business Development. We are a very relaxed environment where we let people shine and utilize their natural gifts to succeed.

SilverXis offers Staff Augmentation and can fill most positions with a focus on I.T, light industrial, manufacturing, warehouse...etc. We also have an Offshore I.T. component where we have the capabilities in App, Software and Web Development as well at UI/UX Design and Digital Marketing . We can also build I.T. Teams for small, medium and larger companies.

Qualifications are as follows:

- Outgoing personality

- Being comfortable picking up the phone and talking to people.

- Energetic

- Independent nature

- Previous sales experience is a plus, but not a necessity

- Reliable transportation to get to the office.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Base plus commission - $35,000.00 - $65,000 or more per year / Base is $35 – 40K

Commission to be discussed with management – Will put you over $70,000 or more. Up to you.

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday – 8:00am -4:00pm in our Irving Office

Supplemental pay types:

• Commissions
