Salazar Investigations is a multi-state progressive and rapidly growing private investigative company in one of the most unique and exciting industries. You will be part of the inside sales team with the goal of offering investigative solutions to our potential clients.

The Business Development Associate will receive inbound calls, make warm outbound calls to customers, and follow up on warm inbound leads. The Business Development Associate must understand our client's needs by identifying opportunities by consulting and answering questions while explaining the details of our services. Our ideal candidate will close sales to achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets. In this role, you must be proficient in Microsoft Office365 products and telephony applications (SMS, Website LIVE Chat), have excellent written and verbal communication skills, and multi-task while using all in-house tools.

To be successful, the Business Development Associate must have excellent consultative skills, have strong listening skills, excellent time management, organizational skills and pursue sales opportunities based on the clients needs.

This position will earn a base salary plus uncapped commissions.

Pay: $30,237.00 - $153,046.52 per year
