Reflek Technologies Corporation is seeking an energetic and reliable professional to join our team as a Customer Service Representative for our manufacturing facility in Chandler Arizona. As a highly trained representative on each product, program, and process, you will work on behalf of a well-known brand of paint protection film and window film in this country. The successful candidate will be responsible for answering incoming customer calls, utilizing company policies to take orders, solving customer issues, and directing calls to the managerial team when necessary. Our Customer Service Representative is often the first point of contact for customers, so we are interested in hiring an individual with a commitment to customer satisfaction and the ability to make quick and accurate decisions!

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

In this role, your main responsibility will be following up on samples and information previously sent via telephone, email, and social media. Answering important questions with complete knowledge and certainty is key. This role requires you to interact with lots of customers each week, resolve support issues and ensure best in class customer experience. In addition to being an all-around great asset to the team, our customer service representative is responsible for the following.

KEY QUALIFICATIONS

• High School diploma or equivalent; College Students, Interns, and Recent College Grads are welcome
• Must have the ability to learn customer service software applications
• Must be proficient with basic PC skills
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Highly Reliable
• Minimum 18 years of age
• High School Graduate (or equivalent)
• Previous experience in manufacturing, receptionist roles, phone jobs, sales, purchasing, customer service, or office/administrative roles is a plus, but not required since we train all new employees for the job.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $30,000.00 - $42,000.00 per year
