Our catalog of products is the result of years of experience designing PFT filters and accessories in response to our customers’ needs.

SDI Diagnostics, Inc. seeks an experienced Sales & Marketing Director ready to join our team and put their distributor sales management skills and creative marketing ideas into action. As the Sales & Marketing Director, you will be responsible for establishing and cultivating business contacts and dealer relationships, designing and implementing sales and marketing strategies, creating effective sales performance reports and analysis, and supporting sales team strategies and development.

You must be an entrepreneurial thinker with a passion for sales and exceptional communication and sales skills. You must have experience cultivating and expanding relationships with major diagnostic medical supply dealers. You should have a fundamental understanding of current marketing techniques and best sales practices within the medical diagnostic market. You must also have proven experience developing positive internet and social media presence for a comparable business.

Responsibilities

 Maintain and expand customer relationships (medical device dealers/suppliers)

 Design and implement marketing plans for the company and our products

 Develop and implement targeted sales strategies

 Create sales performance reports and present results vs goals

 Identify and implement sales team development opportunities

Requirements

 2 years Relationship Management experience with medical device dealers/suppliers

 2 years Sales Management experience and 2 years Marketing experience

 5 years Diagnostic Medical Device Sales experience

 High-level communication (both written and verbal) and networking skills

 Passion for sales

 Excellent interpersonal skills and collaboration within a team

 Results driven and organized

 Willingness to travel (25%)

Proven Experience with

 Efficient management of multiple sales and marketing functions

 Understanding successful sales and marketing strategies for medical devices

 Creation and management of successful marketing and social media campaigns

 Managing and expanding distribution relationships

 Sales strategy development

 Sales team development

 CRM software

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $125,000.00 - $145,000.00 per year
