This is the Allstate agency you want to work for! Located in Coral Springs, we are seeking an enthusiastic, Licensed P&C Sales Representative with at least two years’ agency experience. Duties will include inbound and outbound lead calls, assisting clients with coverage questions and policy changes, coordinating annual renewals, processing new business files, responding to underwriting requests and much more.

** Extremely competitive salary, commensurate with experience! **

Additional compensation available through cross sales, monthly promotions, annual bonus.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

* Must have Allstate General Lines Property & Casualty License*

• Two years Allstate insurance customer service or sales
• Unwavering attention to detail
• Strong communication skills
• Highly effective listening skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks with frequent interruptions
• High Proficiency in with Outlook, Word & Excel
• Interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs.
• People-oriented and self-motivated.
