Our Brand Partnerships team is seeking a highly motivated, analytical, and innovative Brand Partnership Sales Strategy Manager to play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and enhancing our Talent's brand collaborations and activations. This person must have the ability to envision creative partnership packaging that will drive revenue and be instrumental in achieving mutually beneficial outcomes for both TBNR and our brand partners.

YOUR DIRECT RESPONSIBILITIES
- Collaborate with TBNR Talent and internal Production/Creative teams to understand our Creator's brand identity, audience, and content themes
- Identify and analyze potential brand partnership opportunities that align with Talent's values and target demographic
- Craft innovative, engaging, and authentic creative and pricing concepts for brand collaborations that enhance our Talent's content and resonates with their audiences
- Create persuasive and compelling presentations to pitch brand partnership opportunities to potential collaborators
- Keep up-to-date with the latest trends in digital marketing, influencer partnerships, and YouTube content strategies
- Integrate innovative and emerging pricing practices into brand partnership strategies, helping to position TBNR as a trendsetter within the industry
REQUIREMENTS
- Proven experience in brand partnership strategy development and execution, ideally within the digital media or YouTube content creator space
- Strong understanding of YouTube and social media platforms, content trends, and audience behavior
- Passion for digital content creation and a deep interest in the YouTube and influencer marketing landscape
- Exceptional creativity and a keen eye for impactful storytelling
- Depth of knowledge in campaign set-up, segmentation and structure
- Capable of contributing new pricing strategies and tactics
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and persuasively
- Analytical mindset, capable of interpreting data to optimize campaign performance
- Collaborative team player who can work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Demonstrated track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously
TBNR's targeted total compensation rate for a full-time Brand Partnership Sales Strategy Manager position based in Dallas, Texas is between $70,000 and $90,000, which depends on experience, expertise, internal equity within the organization, location, and alignment with market data.
