Full description of the position

As an Account Manager, you will need to be proficient in sales as well as multi-tasking and being goal-oriented. This includes prospecting and making sales calls, acquiring accounts which prove to be profitable, learning how to provide rate quotes to potential customers, negotiating with and communicating with carriers, problem-solving, and most importantly how to manage your time in a way that proves beneficial.

You will be eligible for insurance benefits after 3 months of employment. This includes health, dental, and vision. We are currently in the process of getting 401K benefits and should have them set up within the next month. All Federal Holidays will be observed and you will be paid for them also after 3 months of employment. Base pay is negotiable and primarily depends on experience. Along with your base pay, there are commissions and individual bonuses. Commissions and bonuses are paid out once per month and depends on the amount of gross profit generated by a Graybeard employee.

COMMISSIONS:

$5,000 to $20,000 - there is a 10% commission payout

$20,001 to $30,000 - there is a 12.5% commission payout

$30,001 to $40,000 - there is a 15% commission payout

$40,000+ - there is a 20% commission payout

INDIVIDUAL BONUSES:

$5,000 - A bonus payout of $200 is paid to any broker that reaches $5,000 gross profit in any one month

$10,000 - A bonus payout of $500 is paid to any broker that reaches $10,000 gross profit in any one month

$20,000 - A bonus payout of $800 is paid out to any broker that reaches $20,000 gross profit in any one month

$30,000 - A bonus payout of $1,100 is paid out to any broker that reaches $30,000 gross profit in any one month

$40,000 - a bonus payout of $1,500 is paid out to any broker that reaches $40,000 gross profit in any one month
