Title: Sales Assistant

Job Objective:

Work alongside an experienced sales rep and assist the rep to provide outstanding support to a growing base of manufacturing clients.

Day to Day responsibilities include:

Negotiates parts quotations with suppliers.

Review and enter sales contracts and purchase orders.

Expedite orders with suppliers to ensure on time delivery.

Provide the rep with a weekly list of qualified reorder opportunities

Administer the on going business/reorders of rep’s primary clients

Compensation: Compensation- Hourly $20-$22/hr commensurate with experience and commission bonuses.

1% of the gross profit is paid to the assistant upon the team meeting 60k team monthly budget.

2% of the gross profit is paid to the assistant upon the team meeting 100k.

Reporting Structure: This position reports daily to the rep and weekly to the sales manager.

Requirements:

• Work experience should include a minimum of two years in a sales or sales support role.
• Experience with MS Office. Experience with excel is a must.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
• Ability to work in a deadline driven industry
