We are looking for a Real Estate Agent to join our team to help sell commercial and residential property throughout the community. The ideal candidate is energetic, self-motivated and has a strong understanding of the local real estate market. As a Real Estate Agent, you will be responsible for marketing properties, negotiating deals and assisting clients during the purchasing or selling process.

Responsibilities:

• Explain to prospective buyers the cost of a real estate purchase.
• Interpret market conditions to prospective buyers.
• Explain the buying process in simple terms.
• Inform customers about house values, mortgage rates, and tax implications.
• Explain financing options.
• Inform customers about new home developments.
• Assist with the development of a budget plan.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $50,000.00 - $160,000.00 per year
