WHISHA MISSION:

To enhance and accelerate the transition of coffee from a commodity product to a specialty item.

POSITION:

Route Sales Representative

JOB SUMMARY:

Route Sales representatives are responsible for writing, delivering, and merchandising orders to all

stores assigned on their route. RSR’s will drive a company issued vehicle along a specified route

completing anywhere from 7 – 12 stops per day. In addition to servicing stores, RSR’s are responsible for

representing Whisha in a positive manner and providing customer service to the accounts assigned on

their route.

SHIFT

 5:00am – 1:30pm

 Monday - Friday

REQUIRED SKILLS/ABILITIES

● Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.

● Ability to work independently and solve problems proactively.

● Ability to achieve results in a fast-paced environment.

● Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

● Retail and merchandising skills.

● Possess a valid driver license.

● Clean driving record.

● High school diploma, GED, or military service

● Ability to lift 60 lbs.

REPORTING STRUCTURE

Reports to the General Manager

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $22.00 per hour
