Position Overview

State Farm Insurance Agent located in Chesapeake, VA is seeking an outgoing, career-oriented professional to join their team. As a State Farm team member for Garry Campbell - State Farm Agent, you will build and develop relationships within the community to promote State Farm products including auto, home and life insurance.

You must have a P&C or Life and Health license to be considered.

You will also be required to have the second license with in the first 3 months of employment

• Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify client needs, and market appropriate products and services.
• Establish relationships and follow up as needed.
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.

As an Agent Team Member, you will receive...

• Hourly pay plus commission/bonus
• Paid time off (paid Holidays,vacation and personal/sick days)

Compensation: 25,000 to 40,000

Requirements , Previous State Farm experience preferred but not required

• Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative preferred)
• Enthusiastic about the role insurance and financial products play in helping people manage the risks of everyday life, recover from the unexpected, and realize their dreams
• Proactive in problem solving
• Experience in a variety of computer applications, particularly Windows
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Ability to make presentations
• Property & Casualty license
• Life & Health license
• Personal Lines Licenses
