Responsibilities:

• Assisting clients buy, sell, or invest in real estate
• Advise clients on market conditions, pricing, and offers
• Coordinate property showings with home buyers and sellers
• Negotiate contracts, repairs, and concessions on behalf of clients
• Help clients navigate the complicated process from contract to close

Qualification:

• Active Colorado real estate license
• Strong Entrepreneurial Drive
• Willingness to learn from other high achieving agents

We're particularly interested in agents who are ready to become team leaders and scale their business beyond what they could accomplish on their own.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $83,999.00 - $137,329.00 per year
