Essential Functions

• Maintain thorough knowledge of the industrial and tenant improvement market.
• Responsible for Client Relationship Management and New Business Development.
• Participate and have active involvement in industry-related professional organizations and charity committees and attend industry events, conferences, and networking events.
• Collaborate with the Marketing Department

Job Requirements

• Good prospecting skills, effective communication and interpersonal skills, pipeline management, database expertise, and professionalism
• Thorough knowledge of commercial construction industry with established network of existing real estate, design, construction, and various client contacts preferred.
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office software (and knowledge of a CRM database a plus)
• Ethical in approach to maximize sales opportunities and uncover new business.

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree preferably in Sales/Marketing, Business, Real Estate or Construction Management
• 7+ years of experience in the construction, real estate, architecture, or engineering industry preferred.
