Job Title: Regional Sales Manager

Location: Chattanooga Region. This includes; Cleveland, Chattanooga, Hixson, Fort Oglethorpe, and Cookeville.

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Manager to oversee the sales and operations of our company's locations in the Chattanooga, TN region. The Regional Sales Manager will lead the sales team and ensure all sales goals and objectives are met or exceeded. The successful candidate will be based in the Chattanooga area and must travel to assigned various locations at least once a week to ensure that sales strategies are being implemented effectively and the stores are running efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and profitability across all locations in the region.
  • Manage, mentor, and develop the sales team to ensure high levels of productivity, effectiveness, and engagement.
  • Analyze sales data and provide regular reports to senior management on performance and progress.
  • Conduct regular sales meetings and training sessions to ensure that thesales team is up to date on new products, promotions, and sales strategies.
  • Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure appropriate stock levels are maintained across all locations.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders in the region.
  • Travel weekly to Knoxville or Kingston to make bank deposits.
  • Work collaboratively with other departments including marketing, operations, and finance to ensure the seamless execution of sales plans and strategies.
  • Work collaboratively with other regional managers for meetings, events, and encouraging team.

Qualifications:

  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing sales teams to success.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Willingness to travel to various locations in the region as required.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
